SEABIF is the regional group of the United Kingdom Acquired Brain Injury Forum (UKABIF) which aims to promote better understanding of all aspects of ABI; to educate, inform and promote networking opportunities for professionals, service providers, planners and policy makers and to campaign for better services in the UK.

This group is a networking and information group for Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. We aim to provide four meetings each year at venues across the region. These events will all include a speaker and will also give opportunities for networking. The group is open to all professionals working in the field of acquired brain injury. Carers and those with lived experience are also welcome.

WeMABIF's aims are:
That people with acquired brain injury have early access to good quality local, specialist rehabilitation and follow up services in the community if they are needed; carers and those affected have access to all the information they need about brain injury. That people who work in the field of ABI are supported on a local and national basis and have access to networks and educational resources & join forces on issues to raise awareness and improve services.
