| Breathe Care Limited, TA Breathe Specialist Independent Living is a company that, in collaboration with builder-designer Vantage Homes, has a unique long-term development of assisted living services for people who have had an acquired brain injury, whether through trauma, stroke, disease or other neurological condition, but whose needs are complex and challenge the usual accommodation and care provision. We provide beautifully designed one or two bedroom flats with 247 specialist support under the guidance and supervision of neurorehabilitation and neurobehavioral specialist clinicians. Each person referred to our service is met by our specialists, with their case manager, placement officer or family, to assess their needs, hopes for their future and their desire to live independently – but with assistance. |
