Convicted for computer actions after brain injury

Posted By David Crichton, 11 April 2022
I am an autistic doctor (medical) and was a national level cyclist, but was knocked off my bike by a car and had a major head injury, with loss of consciousness and brain scan changes. I was unable to walk for several weeks and felt my life was in danger, with the distress over this. I consulted doctors , but had no useful treatment, but a bank who had lost me some £200,000 was giving me grief and the doctors suggested phoning them. They knew I was about to start legal action against them for professional negligence. My phone call to them was 2 minutes, when I stated I was veery distressed , had a major head injury and thought my life was in danger. I have subsequently been convicted for that phone call, as Malicious communication ;implied suicide threat. There was also my use of computers to distract suicidal thoughts , which have been misreported in all the media.. I would like to get my story publicised about head injuries and the police and how much harm they can do. Are there any journalists interested?? David
