Goal Manager is patient rehabilitation goal setting software for healthcare practitioners. Our cloud based platform facilitates best practice in goal setting, allowing collaboration between members of multi disciplinary healthcare teams. Using Goal Manager you can complete a full functional assessment of your patient and use this information to set rehabilitation goals, track progress of the patient and the rehabilitation team and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Matthews specialist unit, a Headway Approved Provider based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, offers individualised specialist care, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 38 individuals diagnosed with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions within a purpose built, therapeutic environment. The service has various pathways including active rehabilitation, slow stream rehabilitation, maintenance, transitional living, outpatient therapy, respite care and palliative care.

The multi-disciplinary team on site includes Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Clinical Neuropsychology and Social Work, with Consultant Neurologist and Consultant Psychiatrist cover.

St Andrew’s is a charity working to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs. We deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services in partnership with NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations.

Our specialist neurobehavioural unit (Kemsley) has led the delivery of person-centred care for over 40 years. Consisting of medium secure to community living houses, our brain injury services help people to live well following a brain injury and equip them with the tools and ability to face the challenges they may encounter during recovery.

Team Brain Injury Support was founded in 2005 and is one of the very few homecare providers working across the country who specialise in supporting children and adults with a brain injury and other neurological conditions. We also support people with a range of healthcare conditions who have complex needs, to live their best quality of life in their own homes.
