About the Event Join us for Polytrauma, Pathways and Partnerships, a one-day conference bringing together professionals who support individuals who have sustained polytrauma.
This collaborative event will explore the complex pathways that shape recovery
following multiple, life-changing injuries. From acute trauma care through to long-term rehabilitation, community reintegration and lifelong support, the day will focus on the partnerships that are essential to achieving the best possible outcomes.
Through a series of expert-led talks, shared experiences and multidisciplinary discussion, we will highlight how healthcare professionals, case managers, legal representatives, therapists and support organisations can work together to navigate
complexity, reduce barriers and deliver truly person-centred rehabilitation.
Whether you are supporting individuals in hospital, in the community, or through the litigation process, this conference offers a valuable opportunity to connect,
learn and strengthen collaborative practice.
