The Independent Neurorehabilitation Providers Alliance are delighted announce specialist neurobehavioral training for nurses.

The training will be delivered by Dr Jenny Brooks, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Shaun O’Gara, Specialist Nurse of The ABI Team . Both Jenny and Shaun have many years of experience working in the rehabilitation sector.

During the course of the training you will learn about challenging behaviours often exhibited by patients undergoing rehabilitation and learn strategies to manage these. Verbal, physical and sexualised behaviours will be included in the course.

The training is suitable for all levels of nursing staff working in a physical rehabilitation setting.

There are two sessions to choose from -

9.30am – 12.30pm Session 1

1.30pm – 4.30pm Session 2

Places are very limited so you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Our thanks to HCA Healthcare for providing space for the training in the iconic Shard Building which is located adjacent to London Bridge Station.

Places are priced at £75.00 per person and are limited to 20 in each session.
