We would like to invite you to our winter seminar, which is the next in a series of events focusing on raising awareness of SYABIF, providing information to attendees on driving / ABI and the Neuro centres in South Yorkshire.
Speakers on the day include; Philip North (William Merritt Mobility Service), Anne Massey (Neurological Rehabilitation Unit – Kendray) and Sophie Phillips (Stocksbridge Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre).
There will be stalls on the day from Irwin Mitchell, Ariya Neurocare, JS Parker Ltd, Gerald Simmonds, Prestige Nursing & Care, The Richardson Partnership for Care, UKABIF, Headway, More Rehab and Seating Matters.
Timings for the day include:
14:00 – Registration and coffee
14:30 – Philip North – ‘Driving after Brain Injury’
15:15 – Coffee and networking
16:00 – Anne Massey – ‘Research Opportunities afoot for Kendray Rehabilitation Unit’
16:10 – Sophie Phillips – ‘A Client’s Journey through an Inpatient Rehabilitation Programme’
16:50 – Close from the Chair

We would like to invite you to our Autumn seminar, which is the next in a series of events focusing on issues related to brain injury in our region.
The programme for the event is as follows:-
• 2:30pm – 3:00pm: Registration, Refreshments and Networking
• 3:00pm – 3:45pm: Debbie Michaels – “Art Therapy”
• 3:45pm – 4:15pm: Break / Networking
• 4:15pm – 5:00pm: Carers Panel – “Carer’s Question Time”
• 5:00pm: Event Finish
• 5:00pm – 6:00pm AGM
