Job Information

Due to interest and expansion of clients we are looking for qualified, social workers, OT’s or ABI case managers who are registered to practice in the UK and have experience in client/family focused case management services to brain injury, spinal injury and other related injury clients across the South East of England Mainly, London and surrounding areas.

The Ideal applicant Must have:

  • Experience in working directly with injured individuals, adults and/or children.
  • Able to complete assessments, Plan clients needs, implement Care Plan & Risk assessments and monitor.
  • Review community based interdisciplinary rehabilitation programmes.
  • Demonstrate a proven record of strong leadership and working collaboratively on complex issues with colleagues.
  • Willing to attend development meetings to gain clients.
  • Must have the ability to lead and supervise small teams of support workers

All our case enquires come through from legal teams so you must have knowledge and experience is supporting cases that have not yet been settled.
You will need to be flexible, strongly self-motivating; some travelling to visit client will be involved. You will need to hold a professional qualification and be a car owner/driver.

You can work Part time or full time hours depending on your case load and home working can be negotiated.

Salary to be negotiated depending on experience and working hours.
